I came across a meade telescope that was abandoned.I think there is hope for it.I have a friend that is helping me figure it out.My Question may seem simple to you but here it is.What voltage or size battery are used in the viewfinder.I want to put them in and not chance burning out the bulb.I think the model is a 2080/lx6 or2120/Lx6.

the viewfinder takes a 3 volt lithium. either a cr1/3n or a 2l76. you could use two 1.5 volt batteries and stack them as long as the height is about 10.8 mm.
